Probably your question
The five things people email me about
- What does it cost?
- It depends on quantity, print locations, ink colors and garment — which is why a number in an email is usually wrong. The ordering system prices your actual job in about two minutes.
- What is the minimum?
- Twenty pieces per design for screen printing, in any mix of styles, sizes and colors, as long as every piece takes the same print. DTF transfers have no minimum.
- How long does it take?
- About 2½ weeks for screen printing, about a week for DTF — averages, not promises. The clock starts when your art is approved and the balance is paid in full.
- Do you do embroidery?
- No. I run DTF on hats, polos and quarter-zips instead, and I think it is the nicer end product. The full comparison is on the embroidery vs DTF page.
- Can you use my artwork?
- Almost certainly. Vector files print sharpest, but a sketch or a photo of an old shirt is enough to start — upload whatever you have with the order.
There's more on the FAQ page, and the assistant will answer anything that isn't on it.
Still need me
If it genuinely isn't covered online
Questions about an existing order, or something the ordering system and the assistant genuinely can't answer — that's what this is for. It's one person reading these, so the more specific you are, the faster you'll get a useful answer.
Message sent.
It landed in my inbox and I'll reply to the address you gave me. One person reading these, so give it a day or two. If it turns out to be something the assistant could have answered instantly, I'll point you there.
That didn't go through.
Something broke on my end, which is my fault and not yours. Try again, or write to [email protected].
Pickup and drop-off are in Castle Rock, Colorado, by arrangement once an order is on the schedule. There's no walk-in counter — it's a one-person shop and I'm usually on press.
