Not here for shirts?

For printers, shops, and people who want to learn

Most of this site is for people buying apparel. This page is for everyone else — printers learning the trade, shops that need water-based work done, and owners looking for better software.

If you want to learn to print

I teach this trade, mostly for free

I've been printing since 2017 and running a shop out of my house for most of that. Along the way I started publishing what I learned, because the information I needed early on was either locked up or wrong. Start with the free stuff — the paid things only make sense once you know you like this.

If you run a shop

Send me the water-based work you'd rather not take

Plenty of shops are set up for plastisol and would rather not retool a press for one soft-hand job — or are simply full that week. I'll take it. Water-based and discharge are all I run, so it isn't a favor, it's the normal work here.

Water-based and discharge

The jobs that don't suit a plastisol shop. Soft-hand prints on triblends, discharge on darks, anything where the customer will notice the print sitting on top.

Overflow when you are full

One press here, so I'm honest about capacity rather than optimistic. Ask what the week looks like and you'll get a real answer before you promise your customer anything.

White label, your customer

Your client stays your client. Custom neck labels available, so what ships can carry their brand rather than anyone else’s.

Contract work is quoted per job — send the details and I'll tell you straight whether the week works.

If your software is the problem

I build the tools I wanted for my own shop

The ordering system you'd use as a customer here — live pricing, artwork upload, the chat that quotes — I built that. It exists because I got tired of watching people wait days for a number. Turns out other shops have the same problem, so I build for them too, under Operator Stack: websites, Airtable systems, custom apps, and a few products of my own.

I'm a certified Airtable developer, and four of the apps I've built are in production right now, used by shops around the country.
